Welcome to VivahPatra. By accessing or using our biodata maker service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
1. Use of Service
VivahPatra provides a platform to create and download marriage biodata for personal use. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees of availability or accuracy. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
2. User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all information you provide including accuracy, legality, and correctness. You must ensure you have permission for any uploaded photos or content. VivahPatra is not responsible for incorrect or misleading data entered by users.
3. Data Storage & Limits
Your biodata may be stored temporarily to allow downloads. Download limits and time limits may apply. After this period, data may be automatically deleted and you may need to recreate your biodata.
4. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, logos, and platform features belong to VivahPatra. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use generated biodata for personal use only. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our designs commercially.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VivahPatra shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, technical failures, or consequences arising from the use of our service or generated biodata.
6. Third-Party Services
Our platform may use third-party tools such as analytics or cloud services. We are not responsible for issues caused by those external providers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our service at any time if misuse or violation of these terms is detected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
